Our return and refund policy outlines the procedure for returning purchases. If a customer wishes to return an item, a 20% fee based on the purchase price will be deducted. Additionally, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. A refund will be issued within 2 to 3 weeks after the item has been returned and undergone a quality control check to ensure it is in like-new condition. Items that show signs of damage, scratches, missing major components, or are not in new condition may be denied a return. Apparel must be unworn, unlaundered, and have its original tags attached for us to accept a return.

Shipping policy. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

Please note that while the Samsung sound bar itself is provided for free with the purchase of a Samsung TV, the offer does not include the sound bar bracket or the mounting of the sound bar. Should you wish to avail of these services along with the necessary supplies and materials, an additional fee of $80 will be required.
