• Our return and refund policy outlines the procedure for returning purchases. If a customer wishes to return an item, a 20% fee based on the purchase price will be deducted. Additionally, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. A refund will be issued within 2 to 3 weeks after the item has been returned and undergone a quality control check to ensure it is in like-new condition. Items that show signs of damage, scratches, missing major components, or are not in new condition may be denied a return. Apparel must be unworn, unlaundered, and have its original tags attached for us to accept a return.

Shipping policy. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

When making a purchase, please be aware that the total price includes the cost of the purchase item itself, delivery of the item, installation of the item, as well as any supplies and materials required for installation. It is important to note that additional fees may apply for installation if there is no plug or receptacle where the item is to be installed, or if an alternate power source is not available within 16 inches of the installation location. Deliveries and installations are limited to the state of Georgia and must not exceed 100 miles from ZIP Code 30157. Any deliveries or installations beyond this radius will incur an additional fee of $35 for every 30 miles. Thank you for understanding these terms and conditions.

• How to purchase and book an appointment after buying a TV: Follow these steps:

  It is recommended to sign in, log into your account and if you do not have one sign up, to keep track of your appointment, reschedule, or make any changes if needed.( Top circle in right corner) 
   

  • Purchase the TV and proceed to check out and pay for TV. 
  • When finished paying, select your preferred receipt method and make note of the order number and receipt date.
  • Go online to book the appointment and in the booking options, select "Book Appointment for TV Installation."
  • Choose an available date and time, one week after the receipt date (excluding Saturdays).
  • Fill out the client details form, and at the bottom under "Your Message," include the order number and purchase date.And any related information to installation.
  • Fill out all the required information and select "Book Now." It is recommended to sign in, log into your account and if you do not have one sign up, to keep track of your appointment, reschedule, or make any changes if needed.
